         2009年1月8日，《美国国家科学院院刊》（PNAS）“Genetics”栏目（Early Edition, Free Access）发表论文“Photosynthetic metabolism of C3 plants shows highly cooperative regulation under changing environments: A systems biological analysis”。该论文应用系统生物学分析方法，建立了C3植物光合作用的相关基因及代谢通路的动态模型，模拟计算了在干旱和正常供水条件下不同代谢通路间的协同调节作用，为研究植物功能基因及其抗旱性评价提供了新的研究思路和方法论工具。
