General information

Venue
The International IRSES meeting takes place at Shanghai Academy of Science and Technology, No.1278 Keyuan Road, Shanghai on September 10th 14:00.

Accomodation
Since Shanghai is a major tourist attraction, accommodation limitations are always possible, therefore we booked the room of CEISIP Hotel Shanghai, No.1500 Keyuan Road ZJ INNOPARK.

Transportation
You can reach the CEISIP Hotel Shanghai from Pudong International Airport with Subway Line 2 (Pudong
International Airport Station to Zhangjiang High-Technology Park Station) and bus Zhang Nan Line or bus No.188 (Zhangjiang High-Technology Park Station to Zhangheng Road, Keyuan Road).

Wardrobe
In CEISIP Hotel Shanghai you can find a supervised wardrobe. However, we recommend you not to leave any valued articles unattended.

Speaker’s PC
In the lecture hall a laptop will be available for presentations. We ask you to bring your PowerPoint presentation on an USB flash drive, for easy loading on the presentation computer.

Conference office
The registration desk on Sunday will be located in Room 408 of Shanghai Academy of Science and Technology, and will be open starting from 11:00 pm.
